A type of micro piezoelectric linear motor is introduced in this paper.Its structure size is 2.8×2.8×6mm and its precision comes up to one-half micron.It can be widely used in digital device、medical facilities and precise industry etc.,but this type of motors need to be equipped with the specific driver circuit.lts special movement mechanism is analyzed and a scheme that NSD2101 ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)and C8051F300 MCU(Micro programmed Control Unit)are used as the core devices to drive and control the motors is proposed based on the mechanism.Two-phase square wave signals of 50KHz with 90 degree phase shift are generated by the circuit to drive the motor successfully.%介绍了一种微型直线压电电动机,其结构尺寸为2.8×2.8×6 mm,定位精度可达亚微米级,在数码设备、医疗和精密工业等领域存在着广泛的应用前景,但是驱动该电动机需配备专用的驱动电路.通过分析电动机特殊的运动机理并基于其工作原理提出了以NSD2101驱动专用集成电路和C8051F300微程序控制器为核心器件的驱动控制方案.搭建的硬件电路产生了两路相差90°的50 kHz方波信号,顺利地驱动了电动机的运转.
