发射载荷作用下履带车底盘静态强度分析

     

摘要

以某履带车底盘强度设计为研究背景,利用有限元法研究发射载荷作用下底盘的应力和变形分布规律.通过经典算式和有限元两种方法计算了悬挂系统的等效刚度,计算结果基本一致;根据履带、负重轮、车体等的实际结构进行了有限元网格划分,利用Druker-Prager模型模拟土壤的非线性本构关系;定义边界条件、连接关系和发射载荷,利用数值计算的方法获得了履带式底盘的应力和变形,为该类系统的结构设计提供了理论依据.%This paper takes the design strength of a tracked chassis as the object of study and uses the finite element method to study the distribution rule of the tracked chassis stress and deformation under the launching load.The equivalent stiffness of the suspension system is calculated by classic formula and finite element method respectively,and the results agree with each other.Based on the structure of the track,road wheels and hull,finite element model is established.Nonlinear constitutive relation of the soil is constructed by using Druker-Prager model.After defining boundary conditions,connections and launching load,the stress and deformation of the tracked chassis are acquired via numerical algorithm,which can provide theoretical basis for the structure design of such systems.
