For the complex work environment in the industrial field,an industrial monitoring system is designed.Ethemet controller ENC28J60 and microchip new PIC24 microcontrollers are used as the core of the system.The hardware platforms of the system is designed,and the less portable assembly language is abandoned in the system,while the embedded programming language is used to write the Ethemet communication software program; in the control strategy a digital PID control is used to control industrial equipment which are maed meet a variety of operational requirements.%针对工业现场中工业设备的复杂工作环境,以美国微芯公司的新型PIC24单片机和以太网控制器ENC28J60为核心,进行了工业监控系统的研究.设计了监控系统的硬件平台,摒弃了移植性较差的汇编语言,而采用嵌入式高级程序设计语言编写了以太网的通信软件程序;在控制策略中采用了数字PID控制器来控制工业设备,满足了设备的多种运行要求.
