基于ANSYS/WORKBENCH的框架车车架有限元分析

摘要

This paper establishes the frame's 3D-models of the parts of ISO t lift transporter under UG environment. And the finite element models are introduced into ANSYS WORKTENCH.which Is used to analyze the static properties of the frame in various operating modes.Its results indicate that the design of the frame is feasible.%在UG环境下,建立了150t框架车车架各零件的三维实体模型,装配成车架总成后,导入到ANSYS/WORKBENCH软件中,以得到该车架的有限元模型.并利用该软件分析了该车架在4种不同工况下的静态特性,分析结果表明该车架的设计方案是可行的.
