桅杆是履带起重机起臂和作业时重要的支撑部件.利用Solidworks和ANSYS软件相结合,建模、仿真,根据在作业工况和非作业工况下的受力情况,研究了桅杆结构的载荷分布,以及对桅杆结构变形的影响.计算结果表明:该桅杆结构在不同工况下载荷分布区域不同,部分区域材料强度富裕量较大.应通过对桅杆进行结构形式和尺寸的合理的优化将其确定在合适的范围内,由此提出了适于工程应用的设计方法.%The mast is one of the important support parts in the operation of the crawler crane arm. This paper uses the software Solidworks and ANSYS to carry out modelling and simulation and makes a study of the load distribution and the influence on the deformation of mast structure under the force in operating condition and the non-operating condition. The result shows the distribution area of the load of this structure is different under different operating conditions and in some areas, the allowance of material strength is more large. The reasonable optimization of the structure and size must be taken. A design method of this kind of mast is presented based on this assumption.
