面向装配规划的机械产品装配工艺知识管理系统

摘要

This paper analyses the knowledge of assembly planning for mechanical products, establishes a assembly process knowledge ontology to generated the assembly process knowledge library for assembly planning and uses the knowledge library and user interface to build the assembly process knowledge management system of mechanical products for assembly planning. The process of the system and its validity are verified by example. This system can be used to give the technical support to the fast assembly process.%分析了机械产品装配规划所需知识，利用本体方法建立了装配工艺知识本体。并构建装配工艺知识，建立了面向装配规划的装配工艺知识库。以知识库为基础并结合用户界面，建立了面向装配规划的机械产品装配工艺知识管理系统，通过应用实例说明并验证了系统的工作过程及其有效性。该知识管理系统可为快速形成装配工艺指导文件提供技术支撑。
