微通道换热器翅片机双头放卷装置的设计

摘要

设计了一种翅片机中铝箔卷材的放卷装置。该装置在放卷马达的牵引下实现成卷铝箔卷材的主动放卷，采用旋转机头的双开卷机构，可在一头料架上的卷材使用完后，直接旋转料盘将处于待机状态的放卷料进行放卷，可实现放卷的方便高效，同时该装置可用于其它需要采用放卷装置的相关机械设备的设计中。%This paper designs a aluminum foil coil unwinding device for the fin machine.The double rotating unwinding head mecha-nism is applied in this device,When the membrane in the first shelf is used up,the tray is rotated to make the standby unwinding head start work.The unwinding process is made more convenient and efficient,at the same time,this device can also be used in the other need unwinding device.
