汽车翅片成形机滚轧刀架装置虚拟设计

摘要

Fin radiator is mainly used for auto radiator ,intercooler and automobile air conditioner and so on .Virtual design tech-nology was applied to fin shaper fin rolling tool-post,which the existing structure design was completed and improved .The way of“detachable can be installed” was put forward ,and the physical prototype was processed ,and the design accuracy was verified . The product development and market cycle were shorten ,and the efficiency of the market economy was improved .%翅片散热器主要用于汽车水箱、中冷器以及汽车空调器等装置中。将虚拟设计技术应用于翅片成形机滚轧刀架装置，完成并改善已有结构设计。提出了“可拆即可装”的动态装配及干涉检验方法，并最终完成样机加工，验证设计准确性。缩短了产品的研发和上市周期，提高了市场经济效益。
