PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for boring a metal surface having metallic sheen by plating by using laser processing.;SOLUTION: A method comprises the steps of: roughening a metal surface having a surface, which was made, for example, a mirror surface as metallic sheen by hard chromic plating, for example, by subjecting blast treatment by using a polishing agent of a median particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm, preferably center line average roughness (Ra) of 0.1 to 0.3 μm; boring the roughened metal surface by laser processing; and mirror finishing the bored metal surface by polishing, preferably the center line average roughness (Ra) of 0.05 μm or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
