The traditional fuse safety system is limited by its inherent characteristics of the mechanical structure, and has lack of gen-erality. lt is difficult to make ful use of al kinds of environmental information. Aiming at the above problem this paper puts forward the fuse safety and arming device that is used with a piezoelectric actuator given attention to in recent years to drive the flame-proof in-stitutions. According to the size requirements of the safety and arming device, the detailed design of the piezoelectric actuators is done with the help of ANSYS. And on the basis of the designed drive, the advantages and existing problems of the fuse safety and arming device used with the piezoelectric actuators are analyzed.%针对传统引信安全系统受机械机构本身固有特性限制,通用性差,难以充分利用各种环境信息的问题,提出了利用近年来颇受关注的压电驱动器来驱动隔爆机构,以解除保险的安全与解除保险装置。根据安全与解除保险装置的尺寸要求,借助ANSYS对压电驱动器进行详细的设计。并以所设计的驱动器为基础,分析了运用压电驱动器的引信安全与解除保险装置的优势及存在的问题。
