As the development of microelectronic technology and micro-integrated circuit technology, electromechanical fuze and electronic fuze gets more and more extensive application on the ammunition. A design of electromechanical safety and detonation control system is provided in this article, which applies in the hand grenade fuze. Compared with mechanical fuze and pyrotechnic delay fuze used, this electromechanical fuze has a big raise in safety and reliability. In the system the single chip computer, delay circuit and detonation circuit are utilized to realize arm and detonating control to the hand grenade. This design makes the hand grenade fuze has the throw-out safety insurance and accidental throw-out safety.
