This paper describes the change of the traditional facing ratchet-wheel Mechanism which is used for the anti-reversal brake system of the upstairs cart. The parameter design of the ratchet-wheel Mechanism, three-dimension model ing and finite element a-nalysis of the driven wheel are finished. By simulating the movement of the ratch-wheel, its biggest stress and deformation places are found out in the stress diagram and it gives a reference to its structure design. Compared with its material and displacement, the ba-sis is provided for the choice of its materials.%对传统的端面棘轮机构采用变形设计,将其应用于爬楼小车爬行中防反转的单方向制动机构,完成了棘轮机构的几何尺寸及参数设计,并利用软件对其进行三维实体造型以及对受力最大的从动棘轮进行了有限元分析。通过从动棘轮运动过程中的旋转相位应变、应力云图,找到其受力变形最大的位置,为棘轮机构结构设计中的校核提供参考依据。并通过位移变化云图,对比不同材料与位移量大小的关系,为棘轮材料的选择提供依据。
