The fixation is designed as a connecting unit, which makes a connection between a motor vehicle (2) and a shopping trolley (3). The unit is formed as a telescopic hook (1) connectable with the vehicle and the trolley. The hook has a longitudinal shaft (4) with two sections that are movable against each other. The hook includes two connecting units for detachably connect with a lock carrier of the vehicle and the trolley, respectively.
