逆向工程研究的重点是提高测量的速度和重构的精度。对自由曲面的测量提出应用接触式三坐标测量机进行自适应测量的实时重构方法。该方法通过不断的对已测曲面点的拟合来预测待测点的坐标和测量矢量,从而可以指导三坐标测量机自动完成整个曲面的测量,并借助非均匀B-spline拟合自由曲面模型,在线评价重构模型误差,直至误差大小满足精度阀值。实例验证表明,该方法可以有效地提高自有曲面逆向重构精度,整个逆向周期大大减少,精度较好。因此,所提出的算法可有效地提高自由曲面工件逆向重构精度,缩短逆向周期。%Researching on reverse engineering mainly aims to improve the reconstruction speed and the accuracy of measurement. so this paper proposes CMM self-adaptive measurement and real-time reconstruction for the measurement of free-form surface. The fitting of the measured points is used in this method to predict the point coordinates to be measured and the measurement vec ̄tors,thus guiding CMM to complete the measurement of the whole surface and non uniform B-spline is utilized for fitting free-form surface model,and the reconstruction model error is evaluated until it meets the accuracy threshold. Examples verify that this method can be used to make the measurement and reconstruction precision of the free-form surface to be μm level, thus reducing reverse cycle greatly and having good robustness. Therefore, the algorithm proposed can be used to greatly improve the accuracy of free-form surface reconstruction and shorten the reverse cycle.
