数控机床的精度稳定性是衡量数控系统的重要标准之一,通过研究数控机床精度稳定性的不同因素,尤其注重研究进给系统刚度变化,分析跟随误差,准停过程振动量,圆运动半径误差等内在关联,得出当指令频宽接近控制带宽时才有显著影响,并且主要因素为控制结构和控制带宽与机械共振频率的比值。%The stablity of the CNC machining accuracy is one of the important standard of measuring CNC system. Through researc ̄hing on the stability of its different machining accuracy, this paper pays its attention to the research on the internal relations among the feed system stiffness, the fol owing error, stop process vibration and radius error of circular motion. Only when the instruction bandwidth comes near to the control bandwidth it has a significant impact. The impact factors are the ratio between the control struc ̄ture and bandwidth and the mechanical resonance frequency.
