针对生物质气化过程是一个具有非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、大时滞和负荷干扰特点的动态过程,提出了一种生物质气化炉的双闭环智能控制方法。采用灰色算法建立气化炉温度预测模型,引入遗传算法对灰色模型进行优化,在此基础上对炉温进行控制;同时引入变论域模糊控制算法对气化炉一次风量进行控制,降低可燃气体含氧量。实际应用效果证明了该方法的有效性。%In view of the characteristics of nonlinear, non-minimum-phase, big delay and strong load interference in the process of the biomass gasification, its intel igent algorithms with the double-loop control is proposed, in which the gray prediction algorithm is used to establish the temperature prediction model for the gasifier then, GA is introduced into the optimization of the gray temperature model which is used to control its temperature and then, the variable universe fuzzy control algorithm is used to reduce the oxygen content in the combustible gas to control its primary wind flow. The actual application shows the effectiveness of the method.
