搭建了生物质电厂上料系统的CAN总线控制网络,并对其CAN总线智能节点进行了硬件和软件设计。该CAN总线智能节点采用 SJA1000为总线控制器,配合微处理器 AT89S52和 CAN 总线驱动器PCA82C250实现智能节点的控制功能及数字量输入、输出和串行通讯功能。在进行电路设计时充分考虑了电磁干扰对系统的影响,采用高速光耦作为中间连接,从硬件上加强了系统的抗干扰能力,增强了系统的可靠性和稳定性。%In this paper ,a CAN bus control system in feeding system of biomass power plant was set up ,and the hardware and soft-ware of the CAN bus intelligence node system was designed .This kind of intelligence node ,which could achieve digital volume in-put ,digital volume output and serial communication ,used SJA1000 as a bus controller ,with AT89S52 as a microprocessor and PCA82C250 as a CAN bus driver .In view of electro magnetic interference ,a super-speed opticalcoupler was taken as middle-connec-tion ,which could improve the ability of anti-interference and make the control system reliable and stable .
