基于支持向量机算法的数控机床切削力误差实时补偿

         

摘要

数控机床误差对制造加工精度的影响较大。在已知主轴伺服电机电流信号与切削力之间关系的基础上,运用支持向量机网络建立切削力误差模型。以此为基础,进行数控机床的切削力误差实时补偿,解决了切削力误差造成数控机床加工误差的问题。并通过加工实例对此补偿系统进行了有力验证。结果表明:所建立的切削力误差模型避免了传统切削力监测花费大、调试难及可靠性低等问题,且有较强的鲁棒性和较高的精度,切削力误差实时补偿系统使用方便且效果显著。%The effect on assurable machining accuracy is caused by error of NC machinge tool. In order to reduce its error, the cut-ting force error model is constructed using support vector machine,based on the relationship between cutting forced-induced errors and the spindle motor current . The cutting force-induced error compensation system is developed based on this model and verified through the actual machining experiment. The new modeling is used to avoid many problems,such as high cost, difficulty in the de-bugging process and low reliability. It has the better effect on its compensation and is of more better robustness. Experimental results show that it is easier to implement its compensation with perfect effect.
