摘要

In order to reduce the influence of comprehensive error on CNC machine's precision, the modeling method of comprehensive error was presented in this work based on linear interpolation and Newton interpolation. By using the CNC external machine zero point offset function, real-time error compensation was realized online. The experimental results on a vertical milling machine show that the model is convenient in calculation and performs excellent in accuracy prediction. Therefore it is suitable for the compensation for comprehensive error of CNC machine tools.
