Under the background of global warming, low-carbon manufacturing arouses a lot of attention. Aimed at the complicated data list in traditional life cycle assessment ( LCA) that is not easily col ected, this paper adds feature election, extraction and trans-formation steps to the framework of feature-based LCA method and explains the conversion process from the feature information provided by CAD and CAPP to LCA evaluation index in detail and its application in manufacturing phase of double-knuckle servo press for example.%在全球气候变暖的背景下,低碳制造得到了广泛关注。针对传统生命周期评价( LCA)数据清单种类繁杂,不易收集的问题,在清单分析环节增加特征选择、提取、转换等步骤,完成基于特征的LCA方法框架,并阐述CAD、CAPP系统提供的特征信息向LCA评价指标的转换过程,并以双肘杆伺服压力机制造阶段的碳排放为例,说明本方法的具体应用。
