四工位数控多棱面水晶磨抛一体机研发

Due to the poor quality and low productivity of crystal grinding and polishing machine, an efficient multi-faceted crystal grinding and polishing machine is designed in the article,which is used to implement the coarse grinding, fine grinding, polishing and workpieces replacement operations simultaneously. The article mainly introduces the working principle, structure and the main parts design .Through the field debugging, the machine is characteristic of high efficiency,high precision and low energy consumption, and it has good economic benefit and social benefit.%针对当前多棱面水晶磨抛加工质量差，生产效率低，能耗浪费大等问题，研制了一款四工位多棱面水晶磨抛一体机，实现了多棱面水晶粗磨、精磨、抛光加工和工件更换操作同时进行。重点介绍该机的工作原理、结构构成及主要部件的设计。样机试验表明，研发的机床达到了多棱面水晶磨抛加工的高效、高精、低能耗，具有良好的经济和社会效益。
