The present invention relates to an automatic tool exchanger for a CNC whetstone-shaped multitasking machining tool. The automatic tool exchanger for a CNC whetstone-shaped multitasking machining tool includes: a tool rack placed in the internal space of a tool placement box; a plurality of tools arranged on the tool rack; two first doors installed on one side of the tool placement box to be opened towards a workspace in which a whetstone shape is processed; a second door installed on the outer surface of the tool placement box; a turntable type tool rest, to which tools for processing a whetstone are able to be attached, installed on a lateral side of the workspace to be able to be moved up and down; a tool moving unit installed in the tool placement box to move the tool rack forwards and backwards; and an opening and closing unit installed on one side of the tool placement box to open or close the first doors of the tool placement box with electric power. Therefore, according to the present invention, when a tool mounted on the tool rest has to be changed to a tool placed on the tool rack in the tool placement box, the first doors of the tool placement box are electrically opened, and when a whetstone has to be processed with the tool rest, the first doors are closed to isolate the internal space of the tool placement box from the workspace of the whetstone, and thus, dust can be prevented from flowing into the tool placement box and prevented from being deposited on the tools in the tool placement box, so the tools can be easily and automatically changed without errors.
