基于大规模定制的产品服务系统设计

摘要

According to the concept of product service system, the idea of modular design of products and service is presented. The service module is mapped onto the product module, so as to integrate service and product. By the configuration of the product mod-ule and constraint checking, mass customization of products and service is achieved. On the basis of the above proposal, washing machines are taken as an example, a PSS ( product service system) platform for mass customization is designed, and its feasibility is verified.%从产品服务系统的概念出发，提出了对产品和服务的模块化设计思路。将服务模块映射到产品模块，实现服务与产品的设计融合，通过产品模块配置及约束检验实现产品服务的大规模定制。根据以上提案，以洗衣机产品为例设计面向大规模定制的产品服务系统平台，验证了上述研究的可行性。
