The impact of working temperature on the strength and fatigue of the connecting rod produced by iron powder forging by u-sing Abaqus and nSoft is dicussed. ln accordance with the actual working conditions, the thermosetting coupling model of the rod as-sembly is established in Abaqus to calculate the structural strength of the rod.
