ZB45包装机铝箔纸气缸剔除机构的改进

摘要

通过对ZB45包装机铝箔纸剔除机构进行改进，取消原有剔除机构的定位销、电磁铁等存在结构缺陷的装置，改用无定位销的缓冲结构及不易积灰的气缸，解决了包装机铝箔纸原剔除装置中电磁铁易积灰、顶针易磨损、定位销意外剪断等故障隐患，降低了铝箔纸歪斜、铝纸剔除不畅等现象，同时降低了铝箔纸剔除机构的故障率。%By replacing the original defective locating pins and electromagnets with the buffer structure without locating pins and the dust-free cylinder, the aluminum foil removal device of ZB45 Packaging machine is improved. The risks of magnet dust, thimble wear and the accidental pin breaking can be avoided. Aluminum foil skew and improper removals are greatly reduced thus reducing the failure rate of the aluminum foil removal device.
