基于Agent的智能制造系统实时动态调度机制研究

         

摘要

近年来随着制造企业生产过程中不确定因素增加,动态调度问题变得愈发复杂.在多Agent制造系统基础上提出了一种基于事件触发的制造系统实时动态调度机制,建立了相应的架构模型,并从调度方法、多Agent协调控制,以及调度控制算法等方面对该机制进行了详细说明.该机制可以根据系统运行状态实现车间层的实时控制和动态调度.最终通过实验表明该方法有效减少设备故障等扰动因素对系统运行的影响.%In recent years,the uncertain factors increase in manufacturing process,which make the dynamic scheduling problem become more and more complicated.In this paper,an event driven real-time dynamic scheduling mechanism and its architectural model in multi-agent manufacturing system are proposed.And the principle of the mechanism is described in detail from several aspects,such as scheduling method,coordination control of mutual Agent and scheduling algorithm.This mechanism can be used to realize real-time control and dynamic scheduling of shop floor layer.Finally,the experiments show that the system can be used to effectively reduce the impact of disturbance factors like equipment failure on its operation.
