STL文件格式是对CAD表面进行三角形剖分后所得模型,切片后的截面轮廓呈现多边形状,会降低成型件的精度.为提高轮廓质量,提出了使用NURBS曲线、直线段和圆弧对切片轮廓进行重新拟合.应用结果表明:重新拟合后的截面轮廓线比原有截面轮廓线误差减小48.5%.该方法能有效提高截面轮廓的精度和光滑度.%File format is a triangular mesh model for the CAD surface and the section outline of the cross section presents a multilat-eral shape. It may reduce the accuracy of forming parts. In order to improve the profile quality, NURBS curve, straight line segment and circular arc are used to refit the slice profile. The test result shows that the error of refitting section contour line is reduced by 48.5%than before. This algorithm can be used to effectively improve the accuracy and smoothness of the section profile.
