典型直升机尾传动轴系动力学建模与临界转速计算方法

     

摘要

临界转速计算与分析是直升机尾传动轴系动力学设计的重要内容.分析了工程条件下影响尾传动轴系临界转速的主要因素,包括轴的尺寸及选材、轴承的弹性效应和联轴节刚度等.针对以上主要因素对某型直升机尾传动轴系进行有限元建模、计算和分析尾传动轴系的临界转速,并将计算结果与工程算法及试验结果进行比较,结果表明上述工程算法和有限元模型简化方法正确、可信.%It is important to calculate and analyze the critical speed of the helicopter tail shaft in its dynamic design. This paper analy-zes the main factors affecting its critical speed, including the dimension of the shaft, the elasticity of the bearing and the stiffness of the coupling. Finite element modelling of the tail shaft of a helicopter is built according to the main factors above, and then the critical speed of the tail shaft system is calculated and analyzed. The calculation results are compared with the experimental results to prove the exactitude and reliability of the finite element modelling method.
