Hydraulic Automatic Position Control (APC) systems is the key device which is used to improve thickness accuracy of strip.PID controller based on simplified mathematical model is used in the traditional hydraulic automatic position control system.In the system with parameter perturbation and nonlinearity,it is difficult to use the traditional PID controller to achieve the satisfactory resuit.In this paper,the fuzzy adapfive PID with the fuzzy logic controller and PID controller together is applied to the hydraulic automatic position control system (APC).The simulation results show that the effect of the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is better than the traditional controller.%轧机液压自动位置控制系统(APC)是提高带材轧制厚度精度很重要的环节.传统的APC系统是在原来建立好的简化数学模型基础上采用常规PID来控制,对于具有参数摄动和非线性等特性的系统,常规PID很难得到令人满意的结果.现将模糊逻辑控制和PID控制结合,构成模糊自适应PID应用于APC系统.仿真结果表明,该控制方法比传统的PID控制有更好的控制效果.
