基于Workbench多孔发射药挤压模具结构参数的分析

摘要

为了获得特定多孔发射药模具的合理结构参数,应用Workbench流固耦合模块模拟了发射药药料在模腔内的挤压过程及针架的变形过程.采用全因素法分析得到了模具最优结构参数组合,实验结果证明了所选模具结构参数的合理性.%To obtain the structural parameters of specific porous extruding propellant die,this paper simulates the process of extru-ding the propellant in the mold cavity and the deformation process of needle frame by the fluid-solid coupling module of Workbench and uses the whole factor analysis method to obtain its optimal structure parameters.The experimental results show that the selected structure parameters are reasonable.
