离合器从动盘微调装置设计与波形片弹性研究

     

摘要

Cushion segment is taken as an important elastic element in the clutch disc assembly of automobile and it meets the needs for the special requirement of customers. This paper designs a set of adjustment device for bending forming of the cushion segment to realize its rapid manufacturing.The adjustment device is mainly composed of clamping mechanism,adjusting mechanism and bending forming mechanism. It can be used to adjust the forming height of the cushion segment. Three kinds of forming height are put into test.The influence of big-end forming height for the cushion segment on the flexibility of the clutch disk assembly is ana-lyzed,and the rationality of the design,operability and convenience of fine tuning device are verified.%波形片是汽车离合器从动盘总成中的重要弹性元件,基于客户对从动盘总成弹性的特殊要求,设计了一套波形片弯曲成形微调装置,便于实现快速制造;该调整装置主要由夹紧机构、调整机构以及弯曲成形机构组成.利用微调装置对波形片成形高度进行微调,对3种不同成形高度的波形片进行试装,分析了波形片大端成形高度对离合器从总成弹性的影响,实践验证了微调装置设计的合理性、可操作性与便捷性.
