螺旋挤渣机的螺旋强度直接影响到螺旋挤渣机的压榨性能.基于螺旋挤渣机旋的基本参数和工作原理,对螺旋挤渣机螺旋进行理论受力分析,计算出螺旋不同轴向段上受到的单位轴向力、单位径向力和单位圆周力.利用三维软件 UG对螺旋建模,导入到 ANSYS Work-bench对其进行有限元分析,得到螺旋的应力分布图.经分析可知,螺旋叶片上受到的应力沿物料运动方向逐渐增大,且在出口端叶片上受到最大应力,研究结果为螺旋的结构设计和参数的优化提供了依据.%The screw is a key component of the screw squeezer,its strength directly affects press performance of the screw squeez-er. Therefore, according to the working principle of the screw, this paper does the theoretical stress analysis of the screw of the screw squeezer and calculates the unit axial and radial force and the unit force of periphery on the different section of the screw. Three-dimensional modeling software UG is used to model the screw and ANSYS Workbench is imported to do the finite element a-nalysis,thus getting the stress distribution and stress deformation Fig.The analysis result reveals that the stress on the screw blades increases along the direction of movement of the material, and the maximum stress is on the outlet end of the blade. The basis is provided for the structure design and parameters optimization for the screw.
