In this paper, we used the strategic map to describe the strategy at the cigarette logistics distribution center of the Bijie municipal tobacco company, integrated the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard, which were finance, customer, internal process and learning&growth, decomposed the objective and index of the strategy, and established a visualized strategic map as well as performance evaluation system.%通过战略地图来描述毕节市烟草公司卷烟物流配送中心的战略,实现平衡计分卡的财务、客户、内部流程、学习成长四个层面的整合,分解实现战略绩效的目标和指标,构建一个可视化战略地图,并形成战略性绩效评价体系。
