摘要

Obviously, one of the objectives in governmental organizations is increasing the productivity to an acceptable level in a dynamic environment; based on this as per upstream strategy of Iranian vision in 2020; the total productivity share in GDP in Iran must be reached to 31.3% (at least). So the first step is measuring the current situation of our organization and defining the attributes and the KPIs and metrics for evaluation. In technical inspection department of National Iranian Gas Company a BSC-DEA model has been developed in order to measure productivity level [1]. For facilitating the data accusation and processing and increasing the reliability of this model an Information Processing System has been studied and an Information Process Quality Management Model for the more accurate outcomes has been developed.
