电子商务环境下激励因素对供应链绩效的影响研究

     

摘要

In this paper, we made supply contract, trust and relationship commitment the motivational factors between the supply chain enterprises in the e-commerce environment, used the operational status and financial status of the suppliers to measure the performance of the supply chain and built the corresponding hypothetical model. Then we had an empirical analysis using the SEM to find that the supply contract, trust and relationship commitment had significant positive influence on the operational performance of the suppliers, so did the supply contract on enterprise financial performance while trust, relationship commitment and supplier operational performance had insignificant influence on the enterprise financial performance.%在电子商务环境下将供应契约、信任、关系承诺作为供应链企业间的激励因素,用供应商运营状况、企业财务状况两个维度来衡量供应链绩效,构建相关理论假设模型,并采用结构方程模型进行实证分析,结果表明:供应契约、信任、关系承诺对供应商运营绩效有显著正向影响;供应契约对企业财务绩效有显著正向影响;信任、关系承诺以及供应商运营绩效对企业财务绩效的影响不显著.
