论近视的运动干预机制与运动处方的制定

摘要

Based on the theory of medicine and sports practice,the authors of this paper have discussed the mechanism and causes of students＇ myopia,myopia prevention and control,the promoting effect of exercise on myopia,table tennis for myopia,proposed the use of table tennis exercise prescription for the treatment of myopia,and provided the theoretical basis for the treatment of myopia methods.%从医学理论和体育实践的结合上,探讨了学生近视的机理及成因、近视的防治、运动对近视的促进作用、乒乓球运动治疗近视的现状研究,并提出了用乒乓球运动治疗近视的运动处方,为近视的治疗方法提供理论依据。
