白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯检测的不确定度评价

按照国家标准GB/T21911-2008食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定，采用气相色谱-质谱法，以测定白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯（邻苯二甲酸二丁酯）含量为例，对整个测量过程中的不确定度来源进行分析评定，影响样品中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯测量结果的不确定度主要来源于配置邻苯二甲酸二丁酯标准溶液、测量重复性等引入的不确定度。%In accordance with GB/T21911-2008 “Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods”, the content of phthalates (dibutyl phthalate) in Baijiu (liquor) was measured by GC-MS, and the uncertainties source in the process of the measurement was analyzed. The source mainly came from the preparation of standard solution of dibutyl phthalate, and the measurement repeatability.
