采用EBC的方法,对西藏、甘肃和四川3个地区的22个青稞样品中的β-葡聚糖含量进行了测定,分析了不同地区及品种对β-葡聚糖含量的影响,为青稞的研究提供基础数据,为筛选高β-葡聚糖含量的青稞品种提供理论依据。%The content ofβ-glucan in 22 highland barley samples from three areas of Tibet, Gansu and Sichuan was determined by EBC meth-od. The effects of the producing place and highland barley varieties on the content ofβ-glucan were analyzed, which provided basic data for highland barley research, and provided theoretical evidence for screening highland barley varieties with high content ofβ-glucan.
