毛铺苦荞酒活性炭过滤与冷冻过滤对比研究

         

摘要

毛铺苦荞酒目前采用常温活性炭吸附过滤,活性炭对环境污染大,毛铺苦荞酒添加有多种药食两用药材提取物,活性炭常温过滤导致提取物损失较大.采用冷冻过滤可以代替活性炭的使用,并能较大幅度降低提取物的损失,大大降低污染.试验表明,采用江苏润明10 t/h冷冻过滤机组对毛铺苦荞酒进行过滤,串联模式下温度可以达到-10℃,流量达到8~9 t/h,产品质量和稳定性均符合产品质量要求,苦荞提取物的损失降低50%,可节约成本336元/kL酒.%At present, active carbon filtration (at room temperature) is adopted for the filtration of tartary buckwheat liquor. However, active carbon would induce environmental pollution and would lead to heavy loss of extracts added in the liquor. In this study, freeze filtration was introduced, which could reduce environmental pollution and reduce the loss of extracts. The experiments demonstrated that, the use of freeze filtration equipment (Jiangsu Runming, 10 t/h) for the filtration of tartary buckwheat liquor (in series mode, tem-perature at-10℃and flow rate at 8-9 t/h) could produce liquor with its quality and stability in line with related requirements, could reduce TBF loss by 50%, and could save production cost by 336 CNY per thousand liters of liquor.
