广泛搜集2016年度出版的酒文化书籍以及公开发表的学术文章,概述2016年度中国酒文化研究的主要内容和基本特征,并在此基础上进行总结与展望.2016年度的中国酒文化研究主要着力于酒与文学艺术、历代酒俗及其发展、酒文化旅游、酒器和酒包装设计、酒政、酒曲、酒的医疗价值、中外酒文化比较与传播、酒文化传承与发展等方面.总体而言,呈现出研究群体分散、研究成果发表刊物多元、研究内容集中于某些特定领域,研究的广度和深度均有待于拓展等特征.%Books and academic papers on wine culture published in 2016 were collected. Then the main content and the basic charac-teristics of Chinese wine culture research in 2016 were summed up. In 2016, Chinese wine culture research mainly focused on wine&literature and arts, drinking customs in past dynasties and its development, wine culture tourism, wine packaging&design, medical values of wine, wine music, comparison of Chinese and foreign wine cultures, and the inheritance and development of wine culture. In general, wine culture research in 2016 presented the following features:dispersed research groups, academic papers published in di-versified journals, research content restricted in certain fields, and research scope&depth in need of further exploration.
