A method for the determination of 108 kinds of pesticide residues in liquor-making raw materials has been developed. Liquor samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by SPE (5 mg multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 15 mg PSA, 15 mg C18 and 150 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate), and finally determined by GC-MS/MS. The average recovery rate of this method was between 65%and 120%and RSDs were 2.79%. This method was suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in liquor-making raw materials.%建立了酿酒用原辅料样品中108种农药残留的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用测定分析方法.样品经乙腈提取后,用填有5 mg多壁碳纳米管、15 mg PSA、15 mg C18和150 mg无水硫酸镁的IC小柱进行净化,用GC-MS/MS进行测定.该方法的平均回收率为65%~120%,平均相对标准偏差为2.79%,适用于酿酒用原辅料样品中多种农药残留的分析以及相关食品安全方面的风险监测研究.
