高效液相色谱同时检测白酒中四大酸的方法

摘要

建立了一种利用高效液相色谱仪同时检测乳酸、乙酸、丁酸、己酸的方法.本研究方法试验了两种样品,白酒酒尾和己酸发酵液.研究结果表明,4种酸的定量检测限均为10 mg/L,线性相关系数R2值为0.9996~0.9999,白酒酒尾样品中的回收率为94.3 %~100.5 %,检测结果的相对偏差(RSD)为1.29 %~3.67 %;己酸发酵液样品中的回收率为96.6 %~101.9 %,检测结果的相对偏差(RSD)为1.28 %~3.02 %,满足分析要求.%In this study,a method of detecting lactic acid,acetic acid,butyric acid and hexanoic acid in Baijiu by high performance liquid chromatography had been developed.Two samples including tail liquor and hexanoic acid fermenting liquid were used in the experiment.The research results suggested that, the quantitative detection limit of all four acids was 10 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.9996 to 0.9999; the recovery rate of tail liquor samples was 94.3 % to 100.5 % and its RSD was 1.29 % to 3.67 %;the recovery rate of hexanoic acid fermenting liquid was 96.6 % to 101.9 % and its RSD was 1.28 % to 3.02 %.
