烟台葡萄酒文化旅游发展探析

摘要

葡萄酒文化旅游可以很好地将葡萄生产、葡萄酒酿造和服务业有机的结合,实现一、二、三产业的完美融合.阐述了烟台葡萄酒文化旅游的起源与发展.以烟台十大休闲葡萄酒庄为例,分析了酒庄文化旅游的经营规模与特色,阐明了酒庄文化旅游的休闲娱乐功能、生活功能和科普与教育功能,探讨了酒庄文化旅游存在的问题.提出了促进烟台葡萄酒文化旅游发展的建议和对策.%Wine culture tourism can combine grape planting,wine production and service industry organically,and realize the perfect integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In this paper,the origin and the development of wine culture tourism in Yan-tai were introduced.The top ten leisure vineyards in Yantai were used as examples,the scale and the features of the vineyards were analyzed, their entertainment and the life and education functions were introduced, and the existing problems were discussed. Be-sides,the advices for advancing the development of wine culture tourism in Yantai were put forward.
