PURPOSE: A simulation method for planning culture tourism and a method for serving information of culture tourism using the same are provided to set up the arrangement of facilities for event plan by simulating venue experience of visitors. CONSTITUTION: The existence of event facility within a predetermined radius is determined(S305). The existence of the main event facility which is designated by a planner is determined(S307). It is determined whether the number of event facilities are two(S313). The visiting priorities of the two event facilities are compared(S315). If the priorities are the same, the virtual visitor is moved to a nearest event facility(S317,S321).
