烟台葡萄酒文化普及与发展潜力探析

Yantal has the most compIete cuIture of grape-based wines in China. The research expIored connotation and promotion degrees of cuIture of grape wines, an-alyzed recognition of consumers on cuIture of grape wine in Yantal, promotion and deveIopment potential of grape wine cuIture, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions in order to advance cuIture industry of grape wines in Yantal.%烟台拥有中国葡萄酒史上最完整的葡萄酒文化。探讨了烟台葡萄酒文化的内涵及普及程度，分析了消费者对烟台葡萄酒文化的认知情况，消费者对葡萄酒消费的基本情况以及烟台葡萄酒文化的普及与发展潜力，并提出了相关的建议和对策，以期促进烟台葡萄酒文化事业的普及与发展。
