本科生导师制在我国是一个全新的概念,但是在国外这个制度已经被普及开来.这种先进的制度虽然已被有些高校所接受,但是对于我国大部分高校来说,这还是一个很陌生的存在.本文认为法学本科导师制能够为社会培育更优秀、更专业的法律人才,同时能够提高法学专业学生的综合学习能力.%Undergraduate tutor system in our country is a new concept,but in foreign countries this system has been universal.Although this advanced system has been accepted by some colleges and universities,but for most of our universities,this is still a very strange existence.This paper argues that the undergraduate tutor system can cultivate better and more professional legal talents for the society,and can improve the comprehensive learning ability of law students.
