不同阻燃剂在超细纤维合成革皮基中的应用研究

摘要

DBDPE,APP and magnesium hydroxide were added in ultra fiber skin and then the flame retardance,softness,peeling,density,SEM were also analysed.The results showed that the three kinds of flame retardants can improve the density of microfiber leather,but the physical properties decreased,softness declined;the flame retardant effects was good especially in decabromodiphenyl ethane flame retardant performance,followed by ammonium polyphosphate,and finally the magnesium hydroxide.%本文通过在超细纤维合成革皮基中加入不同类型的阻燃剂,如十溴二苯乙烷、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁,进而对其阻燃性、柔软性、剥离性能、密度、SEM进行分析,结果显示,三种阻燃剂均能提高超细纤维合成革皮基的密度,但均使皮基的物性下降,柔软度下降;阻燃效果尤以十溴二苯乙烷阻燃性能最佳,其次是聚磷酸铵,最后是氢氧化镁.
