美国金融业监管局调解制度评析及启示

摘要

美国金融业监管局的调解制度在实践中发挥了重要作用，在有效地保护投资者利益的同时，也促进了市场的健康发展。我国目前正处于大力推行证券纠纷调解制度的过程中，可学习借鉴美国金融业监管局的做法，结合我国市场的实际，对相关制度设计做进一步优化完善。%The mediation system of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has played an important role in protecting investors’ interests;and im-proving the market development healthily as well. Now China is making efforts on the establishment of the securities dispute mediation system. Considering its current status, China will learn from the practice of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, to improve and optimize relevant systems.
