现代政治视域中的合法性关涉现代公民社会基础上的民主政治应当服从的“合理的个人主义”的理性原则，而实践理性的基本机制是主客体间互为“扬弃”。当代中国政治发展中的合法性核心命题是政治主客体之间互为“扬弃”的合法化机制的理性证成。一方面，政治主客体的客观地位需要通过政党政治对社会主义民主的现代性进行“解释”而证成；另一方面，主客体互为“扬弃”的合法化机制需要通过对经验中的合法化范式进行逻辑的“改造”证成其正当性。%The political legitimacy based on democratic politics subjecs to the principle of the ＂rational individualism＂ in civil society. The basic mechanism of practical reason is the sublation between subject and object each other. The core proposition of the legitimacy in the development of contemporary Chinese politics is to justify the rational mechanisms of legalization. On the one hand, the objective status of the political subject and object ought to be justified through the modernity of socialism democracy interpreted by the party politics. On the other hand, the mechanisms of legalization paradigm in experience ought to be changed by the formal logic.
