工程应用型人才培养模式改革探索--以浙江科技学院“四步曲”人才培养模式为例

         

摘要

Focusing on the issue that each practice part is relatively independent under engineering education environment , an application-oriented personnel training mode named“four steps ,” w hich includes open experimental teaching platform , technological innovation projects ,college discipline competitions ,scientific research acquisition and commercialization , is proposed .And the relative main factors in the process of “four steps” have been focused . Meanwhile ,“four steps” practice teaching should be advanced gradually in due order ,and complement the planned teaching content .The method has been practiced for many years with significant effect in Zhejiang University of science and Technology (ZUST ) .And it has been proved a suitable practice mode for application-oriented talents training in science and engineering colleges and universities .%针对工程教育环境中各实践环节相对独立的问题,提出实践环节环环相扣、层层递进的“四步曲”人才培养模式。四步即为开放性实验教学、学生科技创新项目、大学生学科竞赛、科研成果的获取与推广。重点分解“四步曲”中各环节的相关要素,提出“四步曲”实践教学需循序渐进,与计划内教学内容相辅相成,相互补充。经过浙江科技学院多年的实践,证明其效果显著,是一种能更好地适用于理工科高等院校应用型人才培养的实践教学模式。
